This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) out of our Merrillville, Indiana corporate office!

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned corporate and field operations. This role serves as a strategic partner and trusted resource to internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager proactively identifies, attracts, and engages top hospitality talent to support White Lodging’s growth and operational excellence.




Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and attract talent through resumes, technology platforms, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source talent within hotels, competitor locations, and service industry environments.
  • Leverage existing White Lodging leadership networks to identify talent from prior employers.
  • Lead and support on-site and corporate Talent Acquisition teams in building strong market relationships.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal leaders and external partners.
  • Conduct proactive recruiting to fill critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support ongoing talent acquisition needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external talent acquisition inquiries.
  • Create and implement talent acquisition marketing programs and recruitment materials.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; hospitality-focused education preferred.
  • Prior hospitality or service industry experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire followership.
  • Proven organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Action-oriented, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
  • Business acumen with the ability to collaborate across functions.
