What You'll Do As a Banquet Houseperson/Stager, you will: - Assist the F&B and Events teams in setting up, servicing, and tearing down events at the ranch, ensuring a smooth operation for all gatherings.
- Provide proactive and high-quality service to guests, always exceeding their expectations.
- Be familiar with all function rooms and setups, ensuring each event space is properly prepared according to the requirements.
- Efficiently set up and break down events, making sure all equipment is handled and stored safely.
- Keep function rooms, storage areas, and event spaces clean and organized throughout the day.
- Perform routine checks of meeting rooms during breaks, ensuring everything is working properly (e.g., lighting, temperature).
- Assist guests with any immediate needs and refer any further requests to supervisors or managers as necessary.
- Operate industrial equipment, such as vacuums and buffers, for maintaining clean and tidy event spaces.
- Transport supplies and equipment to multiple ranch venues, operating ranch vehicles or rangers as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures, adhering to all company policies and standards.
