What You'll Do
• The massage therapist will perform all services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering that fulfill guest expectations; based on current certifications.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered and can speak knowledgeably about hotel amenities and the local area; answering guest questions that arise.
• Understand the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guest. Answers guest’s questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• State licensure to practice as a licensed massage therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Communication skills are required specifically speaking and listening. Additionally, significant standing is required for extended periods of time (up to 7-8 hours), while providing massage therapy to guests.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
