What You’ll Do - Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established service standards and current certifications.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area.
- Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
- Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner.
- Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and service areas in accordance with spa standards.
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring - Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
- 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
