What You'll Do

* Help to maximize the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales.
* Deliver a friendly and helpful first impression with spa guests and ensure all identified guest satisfaction touch points are achieved.
* Make reservations for spa services and ensure all information is accurate and communicated timely to all involved.
* Other reasonable duties as assigned.
