The Shipping/Receiving Clerk assists in handling all incoming deliveries and filling hotel shipment requisitions, ensuring packages are shipped and distributed to the appropriate party.

What You’ll Do

• Receive all incoming deliveries to the hotel.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Ship outgoing mail and packages through various carriers.
• Secure the receiving room and its contents to ensure safekeeping.
• Direct deliveries outside the receiving jurisdiction to the appropriate areas.
• Deliver, pick up, and sort mail efficiently.
• Record all packages and parcels received and shipped.
• Keep the office clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest and hotel information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
