  What You'll Do 
 Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts. Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.  Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages. Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests.Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal. Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork.Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers. Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests. Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate ranch vehicles. Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
