Summary:

The Corporate Senior Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for White Lodging hotels and restaurants throughout North America. This role will be directly responsible for all efforts attributed to digital direct profitability through the management of SEO, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, PR and creative services at the property level. Other responsibilities include partnering with the F&B, sales and revenue strategy leaders to ensure convergence and alignment are in place at all levels of the organization. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing.


Responsibilities

KEY IMPACT ITEMS:
* Support with the development and implementation of launch plans for opening hotels and restaurants.
* Manage hotel and restaurant website content management systems to ensure information accuracy.
* Ensure consistent messaging and photography across all digital storefronts.
* Work with Director of Marketing to create and execute annual digital media plans and campaign creative for restaurant portfolio.
* Work with Director of Marketing on directly managing metasearch, Sponsored Listings and OTA visibility programs.
* Assist in the process of annual strategic media planning and development of marketing budget guidelines.
* Work cooperatively with agencies, vendors, and brands to ensure consistency, efficiency and project deadlines are being met and within budget.
* Assist on-property teams in the retailing of promotional programs for media outlets (PR/social) and in-house guests to drive buzz and incremental revenue opportunities.
* Ensure performance standards and tracking systems for measuring marketing campaigns are in place and meeting defined KPIs on a monthly/YTD basis.
* Maintain an understanding of industry trends and brand requirements and maintain a consultative relationship with internal and external audience for training and education opportunities.


Other Information

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Understanding of basic digital marketing strategy and tactics.
* Ability to compile and analyze data to make decisions regarding campaign direction.
* Project management with strong organizational skills to coordinate with hotel teams, regional senior leadership, national brands and agencies.
* Professional, articulate person who can effectively communicate to various audiences to breakdown high-level/metrics to basic fundamentals.
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
* Must be collaborative, eager, creative, and enjoy working in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in either Marketing, PR or travel related field.
* Prior hospitality experience a plus.
* Occasional travel necessary.
