What You’ll Do - Lead and supervise the Security team, ensuring effective responses to all safety and security incidents.
- Conduct investigations of missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-ups.
- Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director of Security, including managing schedules and assigning duties.
- Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, loss prevention policies, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain a secure and safe environment.
- Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to create a collaborative and respectful work environment.

- Familiarity with progressive loss prevention strategies and hospitality industry security practices.
- Experience in First Aid/CPR administration, OSHA compliance, and emergency response protocols.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or hotel security is preferred.
- An associate’s degree is preferred, with 2-5 years of hotel industry experience.
