Dean’s Steak and Seafood is set to open at the JW Marriott Indianapolis in Fall 2025! This premium concept will be the cornerstone of our evolving Dean’s brand, distinct from our Dean’s Italian locations, with a bold focus on elevated steak and seafood in a sophisticated setting. White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive overall departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and consistently high-quality guest experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic and mid-term plans to achieve departmental goals and foster growth.
  • Lead action planning initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics.
  • Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a positive work environment.
