Job Description


The Recruiting Manager coordinates all aspects of sourcing, screening and hiring ranch staff. May also assist with team orientation and associate relations assignments in the Human Resources Department.


* Coordinates with senior management on hiring needs and develops ‘absolutes’ for each position.
* Creates and maintains current job descriptions and advertising copy for employment ads. Maintains career page on Brush Creek Ranch website including job postings and applicant information pages.
* Develops and evolves Employer Branding concepts in social media, on company website, and in all Brush Creek Ranch job advertising
* Implements and maintain Applicant Tracking System.
* Contacts all incoming applicants for initial screening call. Forwards all qualified applicants to hiring managers, tracks progress through the screening process and forwards screening results to hiring managers
* Completes TBNTs or maintaining contact with candidates during the job offer phase
* Keeps a working knowledge of all ranch departments, job duties and general operations. Detailed information on housing, meals and pay procedures to communicate to candidates
* Assist with all winter recruiting meetings and managing the staffing warboard
* Create weekly email for associates that are "under agreement" with informational emails to keep them engaged until their arrival
* Attend job fairs, implement follow up process with attendees.
* Identify seasonal recruiting markets and start hiring campaign (i.e. Vail, Palm Springs, Phoenix)
* Reach out to associates to make sure they have applied in Rise and completed the background check before they arrive at BCR
* Is a career builder within Brush Creek Ranch making sure associates that would like to stay within WL have a job lined out after the season
* Research and choose job advertising options
* Advise & Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques
* Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
* Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
* Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
* Identifies key 3rd party relationships for outsourced recruiting needs (i.e. search firms)
* Posts open jobs in the WL recruiting data base

Other Information


* Must have valid driver’s license
* Strong organization skills and can work independently EXPERIENCE
* Experienced Recruiting Manager in a corporate recruiting environment, preferably hospitality.
