Private Dining Room Manager
The Private Dining Manager will solicit, confirm and coordinate new bookings for all private dining events . This will include utilizing CI to block space, prepare contracts, and detail event orders for the clients. This Private Dining Manager will prepare, implement and compile, with the assistance of a Sales Leader, yearly and quarterly strategic action plans to ensure revenue goals are achieved. These will typically be updated on a monthly basis.
Qualifications? Strong sales or catering sales background? General food & wine knowledge? Menu and event planning experience? Event execution experience? Strong written and oral communication skills? Strong organizational and time management skills? Ability to be effective to several socioeconomic / demographic levels? Excellent sales contract closing capabilities? Goal oriented and highly self-motivated; can work with minimal direction? Outside connections to the local business and social communities
