Job Description



Summary:

The Pool monitor is responsible for monitoring access to the pool and making sure that only authorized guests may use the pool. Pool monitors are not life guards they are only at pool to supervise attendance and behavior. The Pool Monitors ensure that all guest adhere to all of the rules and regulations of the hotel.


Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
* The ability to enforce the rules and policies
* Making sure the appearance of the pool is always in pristine condition
* Must be able to make writing reports of any incidents
* Any other duty that might be asked to be done
* The pool Monitor must be able to work with little supervision
