The Marketing Coordinator will assist in driving all integrated marketing tactics and spearhead brand identities for the hotel(s) and restaurant(s) through innovative and collaborative hands-on efforts. Activation on key channels include, but not limited to, digital/print/social/PR and CRM to drive the most profitable business and demonstrate set return on ad spend goals. Other responsibilities include partnering with the sales, digital and revenue strategy leaders to ensure convergence and alignment are in place at all levels of the organization.
* Responsible for content calendar creation for social media * Assists teams with Instagram stories * Content gathering - taking informal photography at properties, editing images * Basic graphic design of on-property collateral * OTA listing updates - changes in operations, etc. * Coordinate influencer trips and report on performance * Basic vanity and brand.com website audits
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience * 3-5 years’ experience in marketing (digital a must) * Strong understanding of project management lifecycle * Impeccable verbal and written communication skills * Excelling organizational and time management skills * Active team player, leader and self-starter * Ability to identify and solve problems * Excellent MS Office skills
