Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do

* The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
* Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
* Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
* Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
* Additional reasonable duties as required.

* Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred
* Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required
