What You'll Do
* Help create an environment where associates can be their best selves and grow through ongoing training, development, and mentorship. * Act as the primary administrator for the LMS (Infor) and perform day-to-day system end-user troubleshooting, remediation, technology request assistance, and escalation management. * Maintain the functional integrity of the system while loading, updating and removing course content. * Educate and guide property leadership and corporate support teams in ensuring the systems and processes are efficiently and effectively delivering learning. * Generate reports and build dashboards that track learning completion and program compliance. * Record events, problems, resolutions, and escalations into the IT Service Desk ticketing system. * Partner with the LMS vendor (Infor), identifying and developing help desk ticket issues, and resolving them quickly and efficiently. * Track and evaluate changes/new features of system upgrades. Review issues, and provide comprehensive testing. * Actively make recommendations on product enhancements and the use of new technology to enhance the learner experience. * We are an all hands-on deck team, so there will be times where you’ll need to jump into other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring
* 4-year college degree, preferable in IT or Learning Technologies * Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in LMS administration, experience in business/hospitality system management preferred. * Proficiency in LMS, eLearning, design, and multi-media production tools (Infor, Cornerstone, Workday, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud). * High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks. * Curiosity, creativity, and a consultative approach to partner with the Talent Development team and business stakeholders in the development of learning system structures and reporting. * Collaborative spirit and a desire to see people THIRVE!
