Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to camp counselors and campers.
  • Assign and oversee staff tasks while implementing daily camp programs and activities.
  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging small and large group activities for children.
  • Maintain daily schedules and lesson plans for camp participants.
  • Ensure the safety, development, and well-being of all campers.
  • Monitor equipment and supply needs and communicate recommendations to the Activities Director.
  • Prepare meals and track dietary restrictions and allergies for campers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the camp site and kitchen areas.
  • Communicate program issues or concerns promptly to leadership.
  • Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with children in camp, recreation, education, or childcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive, fun, and safe environment for campers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and activities.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and guest service excellence.
