What You'll Do - Lead daily duties and provide training to team members.
- Serve beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction and monitoring alcohol consumption responsibly.
- Move supplies between ranch venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as needed.
- Deliver high-quality service, maintaining the mission and brand standards.
- Complete setup, side work, and closing duties, ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked.
- Inspect bar glassware and utensils for quality and cleanliness.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
- Ensure food and beverage presentation meets high standards and check guest satisfaction promptly.
- Handle cash and follow policies for accurate end-of-shift paperwork.
- Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe work environment.
- Perform heavy lifting, such as changing kegs, with assistance.
- Comply with all company procedures, including uniform standards and attendance policies.
- Engage guests in conversation to create memorable connections.
