Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead daily duties and provide training to team members.
Serve beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction and monitoring alcohol consumption responsibly.
Move supplies between ranch venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as needed.
Deliver high-quality service, maintaining the mission and brand standards.
Complete setup, side work, and closing duties, ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked.
Inspect bar glassware and utensils for quality and cleanliness.
Stay knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods.
Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
Ensure food and beverage presentation meets high standards and check guest satisfaction promptly.
Handle cash and follow policies for accurate end-of-shift paperwork.
Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe work environment.
Perform heavy lifting, such as changing kegs, with assistance.
Comply with all company procedures, including uniform standards and attendance policies.
Engage guests in conversation to create memorable connections.
What You'll Bring
An outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to handle high volumes, multitask, and maintain organization under pressure.
A strong team ethic and flexibility in scheduling.
Bar knowledge and passion for service excellence.
A valid driver’s license and the physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Previous bar, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
