Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Laundry Manager is to provide outstanding leadership for the Laundry team. He or she will promote the hotel’s service strategy and support the White Lodging mission of being the cleanest & friendliest hotel. The Laundry Manager will effectively manage all aspects of the Laundry production needs.


Responsibilities


* Meet financial POR Targets (budget) in wages and general expenses, excluding fixed costs areas.
* Effectively lead daily production operations for assigned hotels.
* Provide Leadership for supervisors, deliver training and execution of tasks
* Achieve or exceed targeted ramp budget for Laundry Department (POR & General expenses)
* Establish protocols/processes for overall laundry production within hotel(s) for execution of smooth laundry operations.
* Develop scheduling and laundry production processes to ensure smooth operation of Laundry at all times

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* College degree preferred
* 2-3 years of hospitality experience required
