Boilerhouse Prime, opening March 2025, will be the centerpiece of the newly built Pete Dye Clubhouse at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. Offering an exceptional American steakhouse experience, it will cater to golfers and diners alike, all on the edge of Purdue University's vibrant campus.

Developed and managed by White Lodging, Boilerhouse Prime joins a distinguished Purdue portfolio that includes The Union Club Hotel, 8Eleven Bistro, Boiler Up Bar, Leaps Coffee, and The Spa at Union Club Hotel.


Summary:

Culinary leader responsible for running a shift in outlets or banquet kitchen


Responsibilities



* Open or close a BOH kitchen shift

* Implement, maintain, and monitor WLW

* Assist in achieving department financial goals, AES goals, Guest satisfaction goals

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* At least one year experience in a leadership culinary role
