Responsibilities


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team, corporate support teams, and property subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop industry-leading training curriculum and materials. This includes instructor-led, blended, and virtual courses, onboarding and training plans, as well as supporting materials and resources.
  • Update current training programs and design/manage an ongoing maintenance process to ensure materials are relevant, accurate, and leveraging adult learning practices to maximize learner retention.
  • Utilize a variety of different multimedia formats including video editing, eLearning authoring tools, peer-to-peer/scenario experiences, and content curation to create high quality material that aligns with learning objectives.
  • Design methods of evaluations and assessments to track and measure learning effectiveness.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables through effective prioritization and efficient work practices.
  • Display curiosity, ask questions, bring your own creativity, and use a consultative approach to partner with SMEs and stakeholders in the design and development of learning.
  • We are an all hands-on deck team, so there will be times where you’ll need to jump into other duties as assigned. Being flexible is the name of the game!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 4-year college degree
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective Instructional Design and ADDIE methodologies; experience in curriculum development for restaurant, hotel, or retail preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Proficiency in eLearning, design, and multimedia production tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Passion and talent for developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work.
  • A strong commitment to delivering on our Associate Promise, aligning all learning initiatives with our vision, values, and strategic goals
