Job Description


The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and their staff. In addition, they will provide administrative project support to the Talent Management Team, act as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and assist with Associate Engagement Activities for the Corporate Office. This administrative professional will partner across the organization to ensure Human Resources tasks are completed in a high-quality and timely manner. The Human Resources Coordinator will use their time management, attention to detail and collaboration skills to ensure excellent support of their key stakeholders. They will report directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer.


* Executive Support­Manage calendars for key executives, with primary focus on Chief Human Resources Officer­Plan and coordinate travel arrangements ­Input and coordinate expense reporting ­Proofread and suggest edits for written communications as requested­Produce and compile reports­Prepare meeting materials­Attend Human Resources meetings as necessary­Process Human Resources vendor invoices
* Talent Team Support­Administer Anniversary and Promotion recognition process­Support Corporate Associate onboarding process­Prepare logistics and materials for Training Delivery ­Prepare materials for Executives, such as Talent Profiles and Thank You notes
* Corporate Office Associate Appreciation­Provides administrative support to the Corporate Associate Engagement and Pre-Shift Teams­Orders and ensures delivery of Company provided lunches ­Handles small projects to support Inclusion and Diversity efforts­Takes meeting notes and documents action and follow-up items­Provides written meeting summaries ­Handles logistics and ordering for in-person and virtual events
* Learning Management System DutiesLoad, update, test and remove WL created and Open Sesame course content. Generate reports and build Learning Management Systems dashboards that track learning completion and program compliance. Work with properties in recording completions.Record Learning Management Systems events, problems, resolutions, and escalations into the IT Service Desk ticketing system. When HRIS Administrator is hired, coordinator would work with HRIS Admin.Partner with the HRIS Administrator identifying and inputting help desk ticket issues related to the Learning Management System.Assist properties with updating user course completions in the Learning Management System.

* Expert level Microsoft 365 skills
* Prior Executive Assistant experience strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in IT system administration, experience in business/hospitality system management preferred.
* Proficiency in LMS, eLearning, design, and multi-media production tools (Infor, Cornerstone, Workday, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
