Summary:

The Manager, Human Resources Continuous Improvement is accountable for ensuring White Lodging’s Human Resources processes support our promises to our Associates, Owners, and Guests. This analytical leader will partner across the organization to improve, standardize, and automate processes. They will report to the Sr. Director, HR Operations and facilitate the ongoing improvement of Human Resources processes, using data-driven insights to meaningfully impact the Associate Experience at White Lodging. The Manager, Human Resources Continuous Improvement will combine sophisticated analytical thinking with a highly facilitative and engaging approach to make sustainable impact. They will lead the HR Continuous Improvement function while partnering closely with White Lodging’s Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Field HR, Payroll, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Information Technology teams to drive process improvements.


Responsibilities


* Policies and Procedures: ­Responsible for the creation, education, and maintenance of all Human Resources policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)­Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management to ensure our Policies and Procedures are fully adopted­Institutes an ongoing Policy and SOP review process
* HR Service Delivery Model:­Participates in the HR Service Delivery Model assessment and strategy process­Continuously assess the Human Resources Service Delivery model for areas of opportunity­Define, prioritize, and measure continuous improvement opportunities while partnering with key stakeholders across the enterprise
* HR Information Technology:­Partners with the Information Technology department to deliver automated solutions ­Provides ongoing input into the identification and prioritization of technology solutions for HR­Partner with the Business Intelligence Team to identify and prioritize meaningful analyses
* Change Management:­Uses rigorous change management tactics to deploy process improvement and technology capabilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor’s degree required
* Human Resources Management certification required
* Formal Continuous Improvement Training or first-hand experience preferred
* Prior experience implementing Human Capital technology solutions preferred
