Summary: |
The Manager, Human Resources Continuous Improvement is accountable for ensuring White Lodging’s Human Resources processes support our promises to our Associates, Owners, and Guests. This analytical leader will partner across the organization to improve, standardize, and automate processes. They will report to the Sr. Director, HR Operations and facilitate the ongoing improvement of Human Resources processes, using data-driven insights to meaningfully impact the Associate Experience at White Lodging. The Manager, Human Resources Continuous Improvement will combine sophisticated analytical thinking with a highly facilitative and engaging approach to make sustainable impact. They will lead the HR Continuous Improvement function while partnering closely with White Lodging’s Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Field HR, Payroll, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Information Technology teams to drive process improvements. |
