Job Description


Manage all Brush Creek Ranch staff housing buildings, their tenants and off-site rentals. The Staff Housing Supervisor ensures the health, safety and comfort of employees that reside in Employee Housing living and recreational quarters.


* Provides room assignments for all incoming associates and coordinates check-ins with the department managers
* Conducts all room check-outs and upholds cleaning standards
* Manages apartment leases and relationships with renters
* Pays utility invoices and manages monthly utilities
* Enforces housing policies in ranch housing areas, keeps furniture inventory and maintains housing units
* Work with employees regarding housing needs, roommate and housing conflicts
* Manages seasonal set up and breakdown of all housing units
* Cleans public spaces, laundry rooms and residential areas on a daily basis
* Logs maintenance issues on ranch owned and rented properties
* Inventory and restock cleaning supplies
* Response to all housing and tenant emergencies

Other Information

* Valid driver’s license
* Must have excellent organization skills with a great level of attention to detail
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have the physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform assigned duties such as moving furniture, climbing stairs and cleaning EXPERIENCE
* Hospitality/Residential Housing Experience
* 2+ years of supervisory experience
