What You’ll Do - Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence.
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices.
- Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
