 What You’ll Do Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.Perform other duties as assigned.
 What You’ll Bring Strong guest focus and customer service skills.Reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks.Motivation and initiative to be your best self every day.Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).Completion of training with certification sign-off.Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
