What You’ll Do - Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
- Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
- Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
- Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
- Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).
- Completion of training with certification sign-off.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
