- Seat and assign guests to tables with professionalism, making sure their preferences are considered.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both food and beverage menus, including daily specials and 86'd items.
- Enter orders accurately through the POS system, ensuring timely and precise service.
- Verify payment methods and handle cash responsibly, following all cash handling procedures.
- Complete side work duties and cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
