We are seeking an exceptional Head Mixologist to lead our premier cocktail program at a sophisticated, innovative bar. This hands-on leadership role demands a visionary mixologist with strong managerial skills to oversee all bar operations, craft cutting-edge cocktail menus, mentor a talented team, and deliver an unforgettable, elevated guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about molecular mixology, seasonal/foraged ingredients, sustainable practices, and pushing boundaries in beverage innovation while driving revenue and maintaining impeccable standards in a luxury environment.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.




Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
  • Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
  • Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
  • Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
  • Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
  • College degree preferred.
