What You’ll Do - Welcome guests upon arrival, including airport pickups, luggage handling, and property orientation.
- Provide transportation between ranch activities, dining venues, and off-site experiences.
- Create exceptional first and last impressions through warm, personalized guest interactions.
- Assist Activities Guides with daily programming and gain exposure to a variety of ranch experiences.
- Lead select introductory or support-level activities as training progresses.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and guest-facing spaces.
- Support daily ranch operations including setup, transitions, and guest assistance.
- Uphold all safety standards, including responsible driving and adherence to activity protocols.
What You’ll Bring - Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service and the outdoors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful guest connections.
- Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
- Interest in outdoor recreation and willingness to learn guiding skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a seasonal schedule from early May through October.
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
