What You’ll Do - Supervise Guest Room, Cabin, and Laundry Attendants, ensuring all accommodations meet elevated cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Oversee daily operations of guest accommodations and shared ranch spaces to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.
- Create and manage team schedules, adjusting staffing levels based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and support team training, development, and adherence to safety and certification standards.
- Inspect cabins, residences, and public areas to ensure quality, readiness, and timely turnovers.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll processes to support efficient operations.
- Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping and back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas.
- Monitor team productivity and support daily opening and closing responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring - Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest service and team collaboration.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment across diverse teams.
- Adaptability to changing needs within a large, outdoor hospitality environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
