Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

The Front Desk Supervisor ensures exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations at the Front Desk. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
Running the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
Supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Overseeing the department in the absence of the Department Manager.
Performing hourly tasks and operating equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training.
Handling additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
