Front Desk Agent

Be the face of the city’s best downtown hotels and restaurants. Earn up to $15.50/ hour * as a Front Desk Hotel Agent at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, Marriott Downtown Indianapolis and other award-winning, Marriott-brand hotels. Your main role is to create memorable experiences for every guest - from arrival to check out. Multiple hotels in the city = more opportunities for career growth and diversity. [All shifts available. What You'll Do

* The Front Desk Hotel Agent will welcome and register guests, providing flawless service, anticipating and exceeding expectations to resolve issues

* Expertly understand and share information about hotel services, amenities, and the city

* Follow all processes and procedures, including handling guest information and payment information
