Be the face of Austin’s best downtown hotels with the city’s leading hospitality company. Earn up to $17 / hour* as a Front Desk Agent at the JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott Downtown, The Otis Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, and other award-winning, Marriott and Hyatt-branded hotels. Your main role is to create memorable experiences for every guest - from arrival to check out. Multiple hotels in the city = more opportunities for career growth and diversity. [All shifts available. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as necessary. * based on experience and property.]


What you'll do and what you'll bring


WHAT YOU'LL DO

* The Front Desk Hotel Agent will welcome and register guests, providing flawless service, anticipating and exceeding expectations to resolve issues
* Expertly understand and share information about hotel services, amenities, and the city
* Follow all processes and procedures, including handling guest information and payment information

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* An outgoing personality

* Adaptability
* Hospitality experience not required but a plus
