Oversee the entire fly fishing program of the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection

* Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
* Handle scheduling of all guides across all properties within the collection
* Conduct and record inventories of guest fishing gear, boats, trailers, etc.
* Execute guided trips at a high level
* Process inventories, monitor financials
* Order guest/guide supplies
* Track and Submit end of season use reports for BLM and USFS
* Manage, inform, train, organize all fishing guides
* Keep vehicles, boats, and outfitters shop impeccably clean and in as new condition
* Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement
* Follow directions thoroughly
* Understand guest needs
* Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
