What You'll Do - Safely guide and instruct guests on fly fishing techniques across our six still water ponds and over 20 miles of private water, as well as public waters.
- Equip guests with all necessary fly fishing gear, including rods, reels, waders, boots, and boats.
- Share your passion for fly fishing and provide detailed knowledge about the surrounding area, including its flora, fauna, and natural history.
- Assist with the maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.
- Provide guest transportation, handle luggage, and guide other activities as needed.
- While drift boat and raft rowing skills are preferred, they are not required; however, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving guests and equipment is part of the role.
- Obtain First Aid/CPR certification and pass background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
