Job Description


Summary:

The Fitness Instructor primarily teaches fitness classes to guests. We are seeking dynamic and interactive personalities with a genuine desire to connect with our guests by offering healing, wellness, and fitness services. When they are not instructing fitness classes they will be performing the job duties of an Activities Guide. Requires moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger.


Responsibilities



* Lead our guests through daily fitness classes such as HIIT, Barre, Boot Camp, CrossFit, Kickboxing, etc.
* Guide outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, archery, and paintball.
* Contributing to daily chores and operational tasks that keep the ranch running smoothly. Additionally, guides provide insight to the history of the region, plants, animals, and activities
* Support the transportation department by driving guests, operating ranch vehicles and rangers, and moving luggage.
* Connect with guests to advocate your wellness offerings, with a welcoming and inviting demeanor.
* Develop offering to help build the Wellness Program.
* Guides must have a clean driving record and have a First Aid/CPR certification and pass a background check and drug screening.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Some or all of the following are required:
* Certified Fitness Instructors with a minimum of two years teaching experience with at least one facet of Fitness instruction (HIIT, Barre, Pilates, CrossFit, etc.) and any other healing modalities (Reiki Attunement, energy work, tarot reading, etc).
