As a member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will develop the knowledge of accounting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* You will complete an extensive training program where you will learn the accounting and finance functions within the hospitality industry with a fast track to a leadership role within White Lodging. * You will develop knowledge of everything from recording and posting transactions to preparing financial statements. * You will learn and develop skills and understand the day-to-day Accounting and Finance processes in a rotation format which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal control procedures, cost and labor control, general ledger, cash, and financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. * You will learn various operational roles within the hotel and restaurants and how they relate to Accounting and Finance. * You will work alongside Accounting and Finance leaders who will mentor and prepare you for a successful career in hospitality Accounting & Finance. * You will learn and use various Accounting and Finance technology tools and applications.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* A 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance. * Desire to grow and contribute! * A team-player attitude. * Willingness to learn and have a passion for Accounting and Finance.
* Relocation may be required upon completion of the program.
