What You'll Do
• The Dishwashing Manager will lead their team of stewards by understanding the business needs and planning weekly tasks. Determine and schedule associates to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure supplies of china, glassware and silverware are transported daily to key operational areas based on business needs.
• Assist with inventory and maintain proper inventory levels. Work with Food and Beverage leaders to order additional inventory when needed.

• Promote teamwork within the department and encourage collaboration with other operational departments.
What You'll Bring

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience in hospitality is a plus!
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Also, be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call as issues arise.
