Compensation starts at $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 + bonus!


This role will support the Chicago Midway Hotel Cluster, managing incoming sales inquiries, booking short-term business, and coordinating event execution. The Executive Meeting Manager will handle contracts, revenue optimization, and event detailing while ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel teams. Experience with hotel systems and familiarity with Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott brands is preferred.

Responsibilities


What You’ll Do


  • Capture and close incoming business leads, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all inquiries.
  • Maximize revenue by upselling events and catering options while maintaining high service standards.
  • Qualify and contract meetings, events, and group bookings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively solicit new business through targeted outreach, site tours, and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Catering teams to drive profitable revenue streams.
  • Communicate event details with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experience.

  • Ability to analyze reports and revenue trends to contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Prior experience in hospitality sales or event management preferred; a college degree or equivalent experience required.
