Responsibilities



What You'll Do

* The Event Manager will act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events.
* Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements.
* Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details.
* Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food/beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy.

What You'll Bring

* A smile and customer service skills
* An attention to detail with a ‘make it right’ mindset
* Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations
* An ability to work reliably and consistently, occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
* Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred, but is not required
