What You’ll Do - Welcome, support, and connect with associates, serving as a key resource throughout their experience on property.
- Assist with managing employee housing for a large seasonal workforce, including assignments and transitions.
- Coordinate and execute associate events, activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential associate records within HR systems (ATS/HRIS).
- Serve as a resource for associates regarding benefits, policies, and employment-related questions.
- Support a variety of employee experience initiatives across the ranch.
- Partner with leadership and departments to enhance overall associate engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist with additional operational needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
