WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems
* Reading technical diagrams, schematics, MEP’s and to determine the location of wiring or equipment
* Performing general electrical maintenance and use a variety of tools and equipment
* Assemble, install, test, repair, replace or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, or fixtures
* Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations
* Perform infrared scans, document deficiencies and perform corrective measures
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
* Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or other electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and ensure compliance with codes
* Maintaining good knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
* Perform other general maintenance tasks as needed
