   What You’ll Do Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash control functions for multiple hotels.Ensure compliance with GAAP, USALI, and all applicable White Lodging policies and standards.Provide financial insight and counsel to hotel department heads, supporting data-driven decisions.Assist in developing and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts while identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.Generate accurate, timely financial reports and share key insights with hotel leadership.Maintain a strong control environment to safeguard assets and mitigate business risks.Lead and mentor accounting team members, supporting their professional development.Monitor audit findings, implement corrective actions, and ensure system data accuracy.Stay current on tax compliance, licensing, permits, and vendor agreements.
 What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.A minimum of two years of hotel accounting experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of financial systems, internal controls, and hospitality operations.Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence operational teams.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Comfort with hotel systems (PMS, POS) and intermediate Excel and reporting software skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
