What You'll Do
• The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
