Culinary leader responsible for running a shift in outlets or banquet kitchen. Requires moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger. Must oversee associates and maintain ranch assets at multiple locations on ranch.
* Open or close a BOH kitchen shift * Implement, maintain, and monitor WLW * Assist in achieving department financial goals, AES goals, Guest satisfaction goals
* Strong guest focus * Self-motivated * Strong work ethic * Passion for food * Must be fluent with all cooking procedures * Teaching diverse workforce * Must have a valid driver’s license
* At least one year experience in a leadership culinary role
* Spend up to ten hours on your feet and lift 35 pounds
