The Corporate Office Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems in the White Lodging corporate office building. This role ensures the facility is maintained in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner, aligning with company standards, budgeted maintenance cost and regulatory requirements. May be needed onsite at White Lodging properties as needed. |
