Summary:

LOCATION: Merrillville, IN or Chicagoland

CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

This above-property corporate role supports approximately 60 premium hotels, 50 award-winning restaurants, and 10 market-leading rooftop bars across North America. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives-including digital, SEO, brand management, and local marketing-to drive direct profitability and topline growth. Partnering with operations, F&B, sales, and revenue teams, you’ll ensure alignment across all levels to maximize impact. Reporting to the Corporate Senior Director of Marketing, you play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for this diverse portfolio.




Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Optimize content and data systems across Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG to power consistent, high-performing marketing assets.
  • Own quarterly hotel package retailing and reporting, using insights to drive topline growth.
  • Support execution for all hotel photo and video shoots-from planning to final cut-to showcase our portfolio at its best.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to strategize and execute paid media, email campaigns, and digital revenue initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the annual Digital Storefront Audit, implementing action plans to enhance digital presence.
  • Manage centralized marketing services monthly, including OTA content optimization, website audits, package development, and merchandising.
  • Manage the marketing ticketing system to ensure timely completion of requests aligned with department goals.
  • Empower the Field Marketing team with ongoing training, coaching, and support to elevate performance and consistency.
  • Drive seamless launch strategies for new hotel and restaurant openings, ensuring every debut is impactful and on-brand.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and brand standards, fostering consultative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and brand partners to ensure projects meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and budgets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of marketing or hospitality experience.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, Google Analytics, website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace), and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Project management with strong organizational skills to coordinate with hotel teams, regional senior leadership, national brands and agencies.
  • Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
