Compensation Manager

Job Description



Summary:

The Compensation Manager is responsible for managing the analysis and implementation of White Lodging’s compensation plans, as well as implementation of company’s compensation policies and procedures


Responsibilities


* Collects and interprets area, regional, and national wage information for all employee levels using a variety of methods (including, but not limited to, personal contact, external surveys and publications, studies) to determine the competitive position of White Lodging.
* Advise field managers and employees on resolutions relating to salary offers, job classifications, etc.
* Recommends reclassification of positions to maintain consistency throughout White Lodging.
* Process mass pay increases in partnership with HR Services team (to include annual pay increase for employees and managers, all minimum wage and FLSA changes.)


Other Information



SKILLS

* Must be detailed oriented with strong analytical/organization skills
* Proficient in all Microsoft O365 programs, especially Excel
* Experience in Infor/Lawson HCM a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor’s Degree or similar relevant experience
* Previous compensation administration experience a plus
* Hotel/hospitality industry experience a plus
* PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
